One of the worst drs ever, that says alot. I have seen some lazy drs. This office is right up there as one of the worst imo. I wouldn't let them treat a sick dog. In my opinion.
My 74 old mother is waiting now on record for three weeks almost to even get a appointment nobody ever is answering a phone.. and another doctor even sent in a request because her heart is very bad.. I can't say this is a good place if there like this with the service how are they with helping someone deos not give really good feelings
My husband saw a cardiologist in January for concerns about shortness of breath and heart palpitations. This was the last time we had a visit with him, although we were told we would be seeing him, not a NP. Three visits later we are still being seen by NPs. . As I write this review, I am sitting in the examining room with my husband- we have been here for an hour. Dr. Gould is absolutely wonderful. I took my father here for pre-operative cardiology clearance. Dr. Gould was extremely kind, knowledgeable & thorough. My father was able to have a nuclear stress test and echocardiogram in the office & they were both scheduled on the same appointment day. This was extremely convenient. The front desk staff & all the nurses/techs are extremely professional and kind. Dr. Gould has a great “bedside manner” and explained everything to my father in an easily understandable way.
