I've been living in this apartment for 5 years almost every 6 months it's different management and different maintenance! I've seen big nasty roaches its so horrible that my neighbors are experiencing it too! A neighbor has told me they seen a rat inside their apartment! Its always some type of breaking into cars, arguments and so so soooo many wierd people that do not stay here!!! Me and my wife have lived here for 2 years and the new management that just came in has done more than any other management we have had. They jumped right in and started upgrading everything. depending how things look by the end of our lease we may stay another year!
I think the leasing agents and the maintainance men are absolutely great here. However, I take issue with the owners of this place. Twice now, money has been "lost," and a notice was placed on my door that I owe them money. Of course, the money is found as I never actually owed them anything. Now, I have been renting apartments for almost 20 years, and have NEVER had anything like landlords "losing money" before. The leasing agent who is new here, said it was the system. I’ve lived here for four years. In that time, I’ve witnesses the degradation in the quality of management at an alarming rate. It was once a warm family environment that seemed to be in a great location. But once management began to change hands and the care and concern for the tenants depleted to near none wxistence, it became a place that you only want to see in your review mirror.
