I’ve lived here for 3 years, and overall, my experience has been decent. Pros: The office staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. It’s a family-oriented community where kids can play safely outside and are usually back indoors before the street lights come on, which speaks to the overall safety and structure of the neighborhood. Been here almost 2 years and experience has been ok. They don't do maintenance on regular basis which is fine, I normal take care of my own repairs. Recently being targeted on a real unprofessional level. We are considering taking higher steps to figure out why we are being targeted with new management

Do not rent at these apartments. I’ve been living here for two months, and it has been the worst experience in my 10+ years of renting. From the very beginning, things went wrong—they got my move-in date incorrect, and the unit I was given was in poor condition. The carpet is old, the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, and the common areas, especially the entrances, are dirty and flood every time it rains.
