I scheduled a recall repair about a month ago. They gave me a date and time to come in to get the recall complete. They said it would take one to one and one half days. I called Monday, it was going to take until the next day. I called Tuesday afternoon. They said it was taking longer than expected. I called Wednesday, they said it would be tomorrow. Great experience with Douglass Volkswagen. Very professional with absolutely no high pressure. So easy to work with. Peter and Miller did a superior job with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give less I would. These guys are all scammers. They pretend to make offers with you then will steal your credit and threaten to “beat you up” when you ask for papers back because the agreement wasn’t true. I’m 3 month pregnant and the manager raised his hand to hit me. I called authorities because of the way they treated us and threatened to be physical. Stay away from this dealership. There names were Sami, George, and kenny
Avoid at all cost unless you would you like for your vehicle to be damaged while it is in the care of this dealership and then have to the cost repairs yourself. After they had my vehicle sitting their lot for months awaiting a part for repairs i finally receive my vehicle back with major damage to the windshield that required it to be replaced at my expense because "as you can understand we have no control of acts of nature" as i was told.
I cannot say enough about the customer service that I was given by Kerry Nissan. I will always go to them first when shopping for a pre-owned car. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. Very honest and up-front. They really treat you right.
