RecommendedFirst of all, if you're a senior citizen like I am, and take the COVID-19 virus as serious as I do, you can rest assure that Carolina Vision Care is looking out for you. All patients & staff are required to wear a mask. They have plenty of hand sanitizer available and the waiting room is setup for social distancing. The staff is very friendly and safety conscious. Great office! I was very pleased. Everyone was nice and I did not have to wait long to be seen. I 100% recommend this eye doctors office.
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Britney made me comfortable and relaxed with her sweet personality. All were professional and easy going and made my experience wonderful. I definitely recommend them.
I had my first visit a couple weeks ago and the experience was so much better than previous offices that I’ve dealt with! It is refreshing to have knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant staff members working in every corner of the office. 🤓
Dr Natalie is just awesome she takes her time and makes you comfortable. I just love the atmosphere when I’m there. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was very patient with me and explained everything to me and actually made me comfortable in my glasses 🤓 thanks so much can’t wait for them to be ready for pick up so I can start this wearing glasses life haha 😂
Corey has been thoroughly helpful in assisting to transfer my Vision Care as well as my selection of new frames and lenses.
The staff and Dr. Natalie were wonderful. Answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed there!!
