In this germy, virus infused world, Carolina Vision is on top of keeping their patients safe! They took my temperature at the door, I observed them sanitizing chairs and my license and insurance card, they sanitize glasses after they are tried on and they were the most friendly folks you could ever meet. They were quick and efficient. They have an excellent selection of stylish eye glasses. I felt comfortable and although this was my first time in their office, I felt as if they’ve known me for years!
I just switched to Carolina Vision and I had a wonderful first visit. The staff was friendly. Everything was very clean and they went above and beyond with sanitation (probably some of the most efficient sanitization I've seen lately). I saw Dr. Jamin, very thorough exam and explained everything to me and answered all questions I had. I'm so glad I made this switch for myself and my family!
Everyone was kind and personable. I felt as if I was apart of a family from the first phone call to when I walked in! Dr. Jamin Quilla is very knowledgeable and explained all of my eye health and questions perfectly. Thank you for all you did to make my experience so welcoming and smooth! Also, my visit was during Phase One of Covid and I appreciate so much the dedication everyone took to sanitize, wearing face masks, and ensuring the safety of everyone who came in! Carolina Vision has become our new family eye doctor! ❤️
Had my first appointment last week. Have to say, all the staff was extremely affable and personable. Didn't feel rushed through and felt heard about my eye concerns. Highly recommend and this now is my new eyecare home. Thanks!
