My dog had been sick for about a week or two. I took him to a regular vet and they assumed he had eaten something bad. Over the next few days he steadily got worse, and around 9pm one night I decided I couldn't let him suffer any longer, no matter the price. I was prepared for the worst monetarily speaking. Gia went above and beyond to try to help with a senior dog that was found wandering. The microchip was an older model that she had never seen before. The rabies tag had a vet listed that was closed for the day. Made multiple calls to try to help. She recognized the dog had been posted on lost dog forums years before as a found dog, looking for their owner. She found the posts and we were able to get him back where he belongs. Thank you for all you do!
Absolutely phenomenal urgent care and hospital! I was having a scary issue with my dog's eye and started to spiral when we couldn't get in with a specialist right away. The doctor took a look at her, was incredibly thorough and kind, and answered every single question I had. The woman at the front desk was just as wonderful - she helped me get the referral I needed and reassured me every step of the way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! We arrived on 7/26/26 at 10AM with our disoriented dog the treatment provided resulted in significant distress, questionable medical decisions, and further harm. Dr. Rachael Bell did not listen to the situation and dismissed all information given. Despite high liver values, low blood sugar and concerning symptoms, sedation medications were administered without adequate stabilization or explanation.
