I know my dog had medical issues, but I took her in last Tuesday for one issue, and the issue got better within a day, but the rest of her health declined and she was put down 3 days later. They stopped her hydrocodin abruptly after being on it for over a year. Very sad for my dog and very disappointed in myself for taking her there. Had an emergency with my mini labadoodle while visiting my mom. Took her in after she was attacked by a neighbors husky which was not contained or leashed while I walked my doodles, both on leashes.My doodle has many wounds that were tended too. Everyone was great! Dr. Brittany Donahue was very tentative to Willows needs. I greatly appreciate the staff for working Willow in when I walked in the clinic.
An emergency vet is never a place that I want to have to visit. I will absolutely go back to the Rock Hill office if we ever have another late-night-emergency issue with any of our pets. We arrived about 10pm and the office had lowered lighting, very quiet, very prompt reception and room assignment, all excellent things to minimize stress both on me and my sick dog.
