This comment is regarding an experience from 2-3 years ago, yet the experience still brings my mom a lot of pain. I don’t know if the same vets who supervised my dog still work here. But because this comment also pertains to the overall experience, I think it is relevant. My dog came in for issues regarding a disease that was starting to affect her blood health. Last night we had a medical emergency with our dog, Oliver, who was bleeding relentlessly. We called ahead and were told by the front desk representative, Casey, that the total time from arrival to discharge would be approximately 3–5 hours; not just the wait to be seen. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that expectation. I am really grateful for this team. I brought in my cat Beans, absolutely terrified and emotional, and everyone here was really kind. Cassie at the front desk was extra kind, and checked in via text. Dr Coartney was helpful in explaining the process and prices, and also checked in with me via text. Today was one of the worst days of my life because I had to put my sweet 13-year-old cat down. The staff was impeccable and showed so much compassion towards me and gave me as much time as I needed to be with my sweet boy before he went. I am very grateful for their professionalism and compassion that they said, and I will recommend them in the future.
Took my bearded dragon Bumi here today without an appointment. Took a while bc they were busy but that was to be expected. Preston was amazing. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He had an abundance of knowledge and answered every question we had. They are taking great care of my little man and I feel like they will have him right as rain in no time.
