Unreasonable and inhumane
Our first time at this practice, and Roxy was truly cared for. Jennifer was excellent, Dr. McAllister exceptional, and the front staff very welcoming. Thank you!
I called in advance to see how long the wait would be and the person said 2-4 hours. I show up with my dog and there isn’t a single person in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I asked why do they have a 2-4 hour waiting period if no one was there to be seen and she said it was because they were short staff… only 3 total people working. After waiting 3 hours another person brought their dog and they were seen before us.
