Our dog got bit by a snake and needed to be seen pretty promptly. Dr Hofmeister and the vet techs were super communicative and walked us through every step of the process. He had to stay overnight and they called at the end and beginning of shift to give us updates. We are super thankful for the team that took such amazing care of our dog!

Dr. Delles was very good. His helper Sherri is very helpful too. Finally Dr Arnold was very good too with Lady my Beagle’s surgery for her digestive problems. If you have a need for internal medicine help I’d highly recommend them!!!

Brought my dog in to check out her tongue and wanted xrays because I thought she swallowed a stick. Her tongue was cut badly and she had been lethargic and stopped taking food. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean so that gets most the stars. But honestly took extremely long to be seen. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, but it was not busy, only 3 patients ahead of me. I've been seen far sooner at busier vet hospitals. And the doctors refusing to see anyone else so we just had to wait for the shift change... read more

Any care, questions, or after visit help is non-existent. They prescribed medication and then refused to answer any questions about the treatment once I left the building. For any questions, make a new appointment. The Vet who sees you will likely NOT be working there after your visit, as they rotate. The care on site seems fantastic, just realize that any further interaction with the care team is on a 'make another appointment' basis.
