They are very compassionate and are so kind. Three young girls helped me today and they were top notch. They were extremely busy with critical emergencies and somehow still managed it all and were so fast and efficient and sympathetic. I sincerely appreciate their expertise, hard work, and their kindness to me and my family on this hard, hard day. ❤️

Our vet recommended this place because he could not determine what was the cause of our dogs limping. First we had to go to the location in Winston for our initial visit with a specialist. They told us our pet would be ready for pick up at 1pm. I arrived around 2 when I got off work. I called as soon as I got there and it took them 2 hours to bring my dog out. That was after I had to call several times. Now I am at the Greensboro location for a follow up appointment which was scheduled for 3. Again it took over an hour for them to come get my dog. Why even have an appointment? This place has no consideration for other people’s time.

We took our pup for an emergency situation (after normal vet hours/weekend) and they were very attentive, informative and helpful. Thank you for taking care of our dog after a traumatic situation. We are forever grateful!

We recently brought our dog Sam in. Our hometown vet suspected lymphoma and CVS confirmed the diagnosis. Unfortunately his cancer was very advanced and there was nothing that could be done. We spent one last night with our pet and brought him back the next day to be euthanized. We were able to be with Sam in a Comfort Room while he departed. The doctor explained everything that would happen and what to expect. Before and after we were encouraged to take as much time as needed with our pet. At every stage the staff members, from receptionist to doctors, were incredibly compassionate and caring. They were thorough and professional, exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend this practice.

My experience: This place ravaged my pet and destroyed my bank account ($8000.00+). I am appealing to local television news: WXII-TV, WFMY-TV, WXLV-TV, WGHP-TV, and the local newspaper, 'The Greensboro News and Record' to please examine the conduct and practices of this business. Thank you

I do NOT recommend this facility. I had to bring my baby here for an ultrasound. I had a scheduled appointment and had to wait an hour over my appointment time to be seen. I am quite patient but with a very anxious dog who hates being in a car it was quite difficult. When I called the receptionist was rude and said the person before me ran behind. So keep in my the person before me took an hour to be seen. They finally came and got my baby brought her inside and she was in and out in 7 minutes. That’s right, they shaved my pup, and did a full abdominal ultrasound and brought her out in 7 minutes. They concluded that my dog had a gallstone almost the size of her gallbladder. In any event, as a worried dog mom I went through with the gallbladder removal at another facility based off the radiology report and doctor recommendation and guess what, she had NO gallstone. I questioned the accuracy of the ultrasound from day one and should’ve stuck with my gut. Over $400 for an ultrasound that wasn’t even accurate because they were rushing resulting in me spending thousands for an unnecessary risky surgery. Take your business elsewhere. I can’t even imagine how their emergency care is 🤦🏻‍♀️
