The facility where my elderly father is staying set an appointment here. They refused my father's Medicare Advantage insurance. So I paid out of pocket since "it was the doctor." We ended up seeing Dr. David Wright. He was terribly condescending and refused to explain why or how he made conclusive diagnoses and mocked me as I tried to understand and process what he said. Insurance information posted on their Google Business account is not up to date. They refuse Medicaid patients and while trying to speak with the office Manager Allison about it I was treated like your typical "trash american" for having medicaid proceeded by being hung up on by her. If this is the voice behind your company and policies and what patients should expect to deal with, you should consider just closing your doors.
