Explains things well, doesn't act rushed. Takes time to answer questions
I have been a patient of Dr. C. Stiff, Carolina Urology, for the past 2+ years. From a clinical standpoint I find him very knowledgable and with a good "bedside" manner. The only issue I have is with the practice's EMR. They use NextGen. This EMR does not provide access to physician notes from a patients visit, unlike the other EMRs I access to. Dr Stiff (Great Name) is a good guy in a hard field. I never met anyone going to a urologist because everything was peachy good! lol All joking aside he tells you how it is and doesn't mind spending the time to make sure you understand your options
They all were very professional and let me know what was going on at all times. Sometimes I didn't want to know but it helped me get through a very uncomfortable procedure. Thanks Dr. Stiff and your staff.
