I have booked appointment online and waited a month for my appointment only to see Office was closed at my appointment time, I have made multiple attempts to contact and reschedule, response was pathetic to say the least, no empathy shown. It took me 10 calls to be able to connect with the office over 3 days. Doctors may be great at this facility. If administrators doesn’t care about patients better close it before this location ruins your overall brand.
Absolutely horrible I made an appointment three weeks ahead and got a call at 5:17 p.m. two days before, asking me to call them to discuss my appointment. I tried to call five times the next day with no answer and no way to leave a message. I received a text the day of the appointment to check in, so I checked in online, prepaid my copay, and then waited in the lobby for 15 minutes.
