The doctor was attentive and let me speak. It was my first visit and I look forward to my next appointment.
I had a great experience at CUP... The staff is friendly and knowledgeable... Dr. Newsome is very patient and easy to talk to..
I’ve been to this location twice now. Both times the receptionist was rude. 1st time I think she was having a bad day. 2nd time she didn’t care about helping to fix an insurance issue. “Tricare Prime Remote needed to be updated in their system”. I will not be back for a 3rd time for her to show me how rude she can continue to be!
This is the most frustrating office to work with. Between booking an appointment, having a procedure, and following up - the whole process has been a rage inducing nightmare. Calling to speak to someone is next to impossible. Showing up during their posted office hours will result in them being closed with nothing indicating why they are closed (despite multiple attempts at different hours/days).
