Had a polyp removed from my bladder on July 10th. The surgery center was suppose to set me up and appt for a follow up and never did. Ive been waiting for a call back and have yet to receive one on my results. I called and the results were in but no one ever called me set up a time to discuss it. Needless to say when I was told that the results were in and I needed an appt to come back in for results my heart dropped with an uneasy feeling. The doctor I spoke to was condescending and rude.
Would have left zero. I suggest that if you are reading this, transfer/go to Novant Charlotte. These doctors do not call back when they say, thus wasting our time and when they do call days late, you will not receive an apology. Not professional
