Great experience with Carolina United Realty! I lived in Texas in 2017. CUR agreed to let my local coworker come over and see the house. With all the online fraud, I wanted to make sure the house was as advertised online. The tenants were understanding and packing. We like the place we’re renting, but communication and customer service isn’t great. Some people at the office are really rude and brush off concerns. The few times we’ve had to interact we get treated like a burden to the staff instead of paying customers. Our rental was not cleaned upon move in despite Carolina United Reality employees saying it was.
