RecommendedI cannot express how thankful I am to Carolina Truck Specialist. I had a truck hauling time-sensitive essential goods. The truck had an alternator repair done roadside the night before. By morning before we knew there was an issue- but in the middle of COVID-19 finding an open location that could get a truck in was very difficult. I called CTS told them the problem we were having. Thank you CTS for getting me right in and getting my airlines fixed to get me right back on the road again. One hour down time is great timing for a breakdown, because of y'all I was able to get my next load. Thank you for the great service.
Absolutely WONDERFUL shop! Boyfriend and I were on our way home to Florida after a trip to see family/friends in the Midwest. We started having issues with our vehicle overheating. This was the only shop who would look at my vehicle that day, AND they squeezed me in and worked until everything was taken care of. Friendly, informative, good people. Thank you, all of you! We are home, safely, but it would not be so without good people, such as yourselves.
Super honest people, won't take advantage of you, $60 labor rate when they should be charging $90 because they really know what they are done.
I can't say enough about this amazing company. My family and I were traveling from Indiana to Florida when my dashboard was lighting up and beeping like crazy! These amazing people replaced our alternator at 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon and were very reasonably priced. We went to dinner came back in an hour and we're back on the road! I would give you 10 stars but it only allows 5
