800 dollars for an air bag that cost 100 dollars and an hour of labor. 1700 dollars for 3 broken air lines and 5 grand for a rear diff is what I was quoted I asked the owner Chad what the hourly rate was he flipped his lid immediately went on about having to pay taxes employees etc what really got him fired up is I asked him for a part number and he went into some story about how he has to pay taxes on the part so he up charges everything....hmm don't I pay for the part when the job is completed so you're really not paying f... read more

We have a Class A Newmar Ventana Motor Coach. We needed service and went to a Freightliner Service center in Gaffney SC where I was told we would be worked in. Didn’t happen. My wife called Carolina Truck Care in Spartanburg, SC and asked if they could do the 45 thousand mile service. They said yes, bring it in and we will make it happen today. I agree with others who have said these guys are scammers. I brought my truck to them because the AC was turning on and off. They claimed to fix the problem and charged me nearly $700 no parts where replaced, but a few days later, the AC stopped working again. I called them and said I'd have the truck checked elsewhere, and if it turned out they missed something, I'd ask for a partial refund. They agreed.
