I want to give a big thank you to Carolina Trophy Roofs for doing an amazing job! From the very beginning, they took the time to sit down with me, walk me through everything, and make sure I understood the process. That level of care and communication meant a lot. Special thanks to Josh and Christina. Christina was right there on the roof with the crew, making sure everything was done right. That speaks volumes! No complaints at all just gratitude. Thank you again for your hard work and for taking care of me!

Great experience from start to finish! Our insurance company had been fighting with us for quite some time, over our roof. The second Carolina Trophy Roofs got involved, the insurance company was called out and approved the claim! Easy to work with, very transparent and keep you informed every step of the way! Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Carolina Trophy Roofs came out to replace our side porch railings and front porch railings that were wood and original to the house with vinyl ones. When they started on the front porch, they found completely rotten wood above the porch, the side wall of our house connected to the porch as well as some going into the foundation due to poor construction that couldn't be seen from the outside.
