This company has absolutely NO integrity & completely nullified my warranty (via phone, no written confirmation) bc I gave them a negative review & questioned their very unprofessional work ethic. (No English speaking workers to communicate with owner during actual roofing, wrong tile ordered, mess left overnight in yard, etc) They bully customers into giving a 5 star review & when I changed it afterwards- they had no problem verbally attacking an elderly widow with slander & intimidation. CTR got me a great new metal roof for much less than I was quoted by other companies. Cleanup after the job was very thorough. It was great working with them!
