In October immediately after Hurricane Helene, these guys came out at the request of an angry neighbor and cut the healthy trees of a single mother that were clearly on her property. They did this while being filmed by said lady and verbally accosted her in the process of damaging her property as she told them all to stop and get off her property- damaging her kid's trampoline and other things in the process. Our neighbor's experience with Helene produced trees on his garage was very positive with CTM. Therefore, I scheduled Erik, CTM's arborist, to help with tree clearing to restore our vista view, and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, good to work with. During Hurricane Helene, of course the area lost so many trees. But in our yard, we lost none, even though every one of our neighbors lost many trees…all because the tree monkeys and the arborist had taken care of our yard for many years, pruning, removing, tending to our beautiful trees.
