We were about to implement a long planned Landscaping plan, but at the last minute realized that 4 trees needed to be removed before our new plantings could be installed. Outstanding experience with a well run organization. From the initial estimate to the day of the work, CTM team members arrive on time, are very professional and focused on understanding/delivering on customer needs & complete the work faster than estimated. I absolutely recommend CTM for anyone in the Buncombe county area. It's worth stating CTM is fully insured and bonded to do actual tree removal work and fully covers their team members if an accident were to occur. Our market is being flooded with ads from out of state c... read more

The owner was on site with the other men (and I use that term loosely as they took advantage of a single mother home ... read more

Carolina Tree Monkeys was responsive and professional. Pricing was transparent and every one of the people I worked with throughout the process was terrific. I will have no hesitation using them again. Happy to highly recommend them to others who need tree removal services.
