they had my best friends truck for well over a month, didn't bother calling him with any type of price quotes of options on fixing his truck, then he gets a call they rebuilt his transmission, without permission , with a price tage of $1900 !!! for $200 more he could've had a brand new one which is the option he woud've taken. its illegal to do the work without consent or given options!! SHAME ON YOU, NEVER AGAIN !!!
