While I liked the tile for a kitchen backsplash very much, I was very disappointed that double of the amount of the tile was ordered and since it was a special order, it's not returnable as per their policy. I presented them the layout with detailed dimensions and counted on their expertise to calculate how much would be needed. After the install, DOUBLE the amount of tile was left over costing me over $275 plus the extra $115 to have it shipped.
