We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit. We currently rent with Carolina Self Storage. They have top notch communication, fair prices, and care about their renters (especially renter safety in winter time).
A well-managed, very secure storage facility with reasonable access hours, and it's centrally located in town. Highly recommend.
I've used a number of different storage facilities, and have had the best experience at Carolina Self Storage. The units are very clean and accessible and the entire place is well-run. They have someone in the office 7 days a week and are very responsive and professional through the entire process. I would definitely use them again and recommend.
