Cannot speak to their product but their customer service is horrendous. Called this place twice and spoke to two different people. First, the sales person I spoke to promised to send over additional information on their products via text, which I never received. After waiting a week, I realized I was never going to get it so I figured we’d just go in-person. Called again to ask about their hours and they wouldn’t even give me a straight answer. Great Customer Service
Had a great experience with Carolina Stone Products with a current remodel- we added stone to front and side of an addition and what a difference. Stuart really helped us out, and we were fortunate to get our product at a great price. The installer was very good as well. We were a little nervous about using stone on such a big space but really glad we did! This company also has a vast selection to chose from!
David was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. They also have numerous of styles to choose from. I highly recommend them for any of your stone work needs.
