As far as Drs Gore and Overtone are concerned....they suck. They treat their patients like cattle. They fill up the waiting room with people who all have the same appt time and then expect you to sit there for hours. There primary method used to treat patients are by injections, which is a hit or miss. I have had some relief from the procedure that last several months and some not last more than a few days. I am a registered nurse and this is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. The receptionist making the original appointment was not very friendly nor professional she had poor phone etiquette, but I made the appointment anyway. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment which was 4:15pm. I filled out my paperwork and waited. After 30 minutes I went up to the receptionist and inquired about the wait time. Jennifer Drovie is a fantastic PA. I never mind coming for my appointments because she always acts with kindness and compassion. She gets me back in a timely manner and than patiently listens to whatever I have to say concerning my back pain. I feel like she tries whatever she can to help, and it is very much appreciated. Dr. Gore is a 4 star pain management physician. He has a friendly and caring staff. Can't find any better! Plus, he has personality plus!
