I am new to this office and so far, very impressed. The staff, dentists and assistants are all very nice and professional. Most recently I had a crown and filling- I was treated by Dr. Greenwood and she was fantastic! She explained everything thoroughly and was super patient with me. She and the assistant, Anna, helped make the procedure so much less stressful. I plan to stay at this office as a patient.

Nancy and Lynn were both wonderful. Nancy was welcoming and helpful, and Lynn did a thorough job during my cleaning while making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist, Dr. Rong, and overall office operations was disappointing enough that I won't be returning. As someone with a history of dental anxiety, I value providers who are compassionate. Better named Carolina Frowns... They're blatantly unprofessional now and really need to figure out their payment transparency. This place came across as polite and charming at first, but I'm leaving this practice and going elsewhere, and so many of my family and friends are too. I'm not sure if an office manager or partner left, but there has been a shift in quality over the years. Ultimately I'm leaving because they no longer take Tricare. My family of 5 and I have been under the care of the Carolina Smiles team for years and we are tremendously satisfied. The office staff, the technicians and assistants, and the doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional at all times. One of my children is on the spectrum; the CS team has been wonderful with him over the years. He is now an adult and has long been able to navigate appointments without me present. I highly recommend the CS team for an entire family experience.

Im shocked at the positive reviews after my attempt to schedule an appointment. I called and the call was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold. Sat on hold for 7 minutes and the voicemail picked up. I called back. This time the phone call was answered by Raquelle sp? I explained what happened and she shared that ppl were on lunch so only two people were present checking in/out and answering the phone(response was a little curt but I paid that no mind), and it was fine but would’ve been nice to know before I sat on... read more
