My family of 5 and I have been under the care of the Carolina Smiles team for years and we are tremendously satisfied. The office staff, the technicians and assistants, and the doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional at all times. One of my children is on the spectrum; the CS team has been wonderful with him over the years. He is now an adult and has long been able to navigate appointments without me present. I highly recommend the CS team for an entire family experience.

Fantastic dental practice. They’re efficiently operated, communicate well and clearly, and they do excellent work. Additionally, Dr. Greenwood has the most calming presence while performing dental procedures. It’s nice to not dread going to the dentist!

Carolina Smiles is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the experience has always been exceptional. The entire team is so welcoming, kind, and professional — they truly make you feel like family, not just a patient. At this point, my whole family comes here, and that says a lot. On my most recent visit on 1/21/26, my hygienist’s assistant had me in actual tears laughing — she is absolutely hilarious 😂🤣. Who knew a dental visit could be that enjoyable? At the check in window the employee (in a wrinkled tshirt by the way) talked to a coworker behind the wall while looking at me and then acted like I was weird for not understanding who she was talking to. When called back, the tech kept checking that I had insurance before putting me in the panoramic xray machine which makes one think those without insurance are getting substandard x-ray(or insured patients are overpaying). My family have been patients here for over three years now and we've been happy with the care we've received. It can be a challenge to get appointments sometimes but there are frequent cancellations so it generally works out. You don't get the same people doing your cleanings every time, or see the same dentist, in case that matters.
