This place was awful. I waited for five months to go to my second appointment. They send me a message on that day that I had an appointment in one hour. Call if I had any questions. I did not have any questions. I get up there, and they have cancelled my appointment. They said it was because I had not confirmed it. I was a new patient. I went to Carolina Smiles, and the first visit was okay. I went to my second visit, and it was a disaster. I waited for 5 months to go and see the dentist. That was when my appointment was. They send a message over my phone that said I had an appointment in one hour and call if I had any questions. I'm thinking I have an appointment. Love this place. How many times have you heard that about a dentist office? 🥰 Drs. Wang and Trans and Greenwood are the primary dentists there. They are awesome. Dr Greenwood recently spent a lot of time fixing an old tooth that needed a new filling. It was painless and she explained everything she was doing. It was awesome. Dr Wang, a few years back, did a root canal on me that took over two hours. He kidded with me and kept me entertained the whole time. Did not hurt at all. The staff are amazing as well. I have been a dental patient at this office for many years now, even before Dr. Wang and Dr. Tran came. It was great then and with these two dentists it is even better. Can’t say enough amazing things about the dentists, assistants, hygienists, office staff and office manager. They will do whatever they can to help with any dental needs.
