I wish I had taken more time to read reviews before choosing this ENT for my daughter. She had been dealing with recurring tonsillitis and strep throat, and we decided to go here as the next step. I am giving a one star for today. I called (the rock hill location) to make an appointment, they said they had one for today. I showed up and the office is closed. When called back the lady on the phone stated we are in Gaffney (the lady did not state that this morning) today and won’t be back until Friday there. Which I have an appointment Thursday for allergy testing at the Rock Hill location. If a patient did not show up to the appointment it would be a fee.
Amazing experience!!! I was 100% pleased with my visit at the Rock Hill location. Professional and friendly staff!
