I am giving a one star for today. I called (the rock hill location) to make an appointment, they said they had one for today. I showed up and the office is closed. When called back the lady on the phone stated we are in Gaffney (the lady did not state that this morning) today and won’t be back until Friday there. Which I have an appointment Thursday for allergy testing at the Rock Hill location. If a patient did not show up to the appointment it would be a fee.
Amazing experience!!! I was 100% pleased with my visit at the Rock Hill location. Professional and friendly staff!
I’m always greeted with a smile and such compassion.
Dr. Williams may love her practice and patience but when it come to running an office it’s a disgrace. When you have a staff members you want to make sure they know their job title at all time. One thing about this practice since I been there they have change mangers back to back to back like they can’t keep a successful practice. Their a new manger name Patti, she is not welcoming or kind when it comes to getting answer to billing and refunds. I been waiting in my refund for 3 months now.
