This provider I found on my insurance providers website for in network doctors. My insurance for specialists, ER, urgent care and office visits are all $0 yet when I got to check in I was asked to pay $300. Although my copay is $0 I am used to paying specialists a copay never more than $150 and them “crediting” or refunding the overpayment. $300 is very excessive when you have insurance and I know for a fact I’d be overpaying by a minimum of $200. I had a terrible experience at the Sinus Center with a multi-part surgery. This facility is not equipped to function as a proper surgical center, and I would never recommend having surgery here. I was not put under anesthesia, did not receive clear pre- or post-operative instructions, and was not provided with an on-call number following the procedure. Additionally, the front desk staff insists on collecting payment before patients see Dr. Williams, even when it does not align with insurance coverage. Please see images below... read more

Doctor Williams was great! Took her time explained everything. All the staff were Knowledgable and nice. Great Expriance at this office. Highly Recommended!!!

I underwent a balloon sinuplasty procedure performed by Dr. Williams. Before having the procedure, I was experiencing a lot of congestion and I could not smell. I felt as if my quality of life had significantly decreased. However, since the procedure, my sense of smell has returned. I am able to breathe in more air. I would honestly recommend this procedure to anyone who is suffering from a loss of smell and sinus problems.
