CAROLINA SHINGLE WORKED DILIGENTLY WITH ME AND MY HOME INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET THE NEW ROOF APPROVED. THEY INSTALLED MY ROOF WITH IN A WEEK WITHOUT TAKING ANY MONEY UP FRONT. I PAID THEM AFTER THE ROOF'S INSTALLATION, WHICH IS THEIR NORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. THEY WERE HONEST AND GAVE ME WHAT THEY PROMISED, A GREAT JOB.
The process was simple, Carolina Shingle handled filing my claim with my insurance company, they met my adjuster on my roof & got me approved for full replacement. The job was neat and my roof looks great! I even upgraded to the most beautiful Architectural Shingles & have increased the value of my house. They have also taken care of my Parents & my sisters houses in Huntersville & Charlotte. They deserve our highest praise!
My roof wasn't leaking, but there was storm damage on it. Worked out great for me and was great to not have to shell out $9,000+/- dollars for it due to insurance covering it. Would highly recommend working with these folks...great people, did everything they said they would do and left no mess behind! Would definitely work with them again.
I don't know how to thank you enough for the incredible work you and your crew did for my home. After several months of personally working with Allstate to get my roof replaced I had given up. I did not have the funds to replace my roof and thought it was a lost cause. I saw one of your job site signs and work and gave your company a call.
