I called Carolina septic pro after I had noticed some things that I thought were related to septic issues. They were able to get me onto the schedule for a next day service and I am very glad they did! Little Louie and Duck came out and were able to diagnose the problem within minutes of their arrival. I had it pumped in September 2020 they informed me it was 250.00. They also said it was cracked and it may last 6 months or 6 years they weren’t sure. I had city sewage hooked up and now needed it pumped again. They stated it would be 300.00 I told him I just paid 250 and he wanted to argue that I didn’t. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Please avoid this company for your own good. They sent techs out to drain our septic that told us our septic tank was under our pool. They were only there for a few minutes and charged us 150 for a service call. We accepted responsibility for the payment because of the pool. My husband drained our pool and took it down so we could have it pumped. Great fast service. We needed someone and they moved their schedules and accommodated us in a hurry. Very professional. Wants the best for you,not looking to just take your money and run. I definitely will reccomend them to anyone that has a septic system

I called Carolina Septic Pro (CSP) because the other company I had been working with, and was satisfied with their work, had its trucks out for maintenance over a holiday weekend. I'm so glad I did, because CSP diagnosed the problem with my system and fixed if for a fraction of what it would have cost me otherwise.
