We recently purchased a new home , Carolina Septic install the system we needed to locate where the drain fill and tank were located. I called early that morning when I thought they were open 1st no answer, and then within 20 minutes later I got a call from the Owner! Called to have my septic tank pumped. Jay showed up and looked at my tank. Said I needed a new tank and charged $275 for an inspection that I didn't request. Talking about he saved me some money. The pump cost was $325 so he saved me $50 to do absolutely nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Total waste of time and money.
