Went to the Pittsburgh Rib Festi and decided to try Carolina Rib King. I bought my wife the “meat and mac” for $23(!!) but it should’ve been called “meat and whack” due to the fact that they buried a dry piece of cornbread underneath 12-13 noodles of dry cheeseless “mac.”. I got the brisket sandie which was at once whet, dry and disappointing. It may have just been a bad day for them but sheesh, for the prices they charge I’d swerve this place like woah

this was the most wack meal i’ve ever had. $23 for a tiny container and it was half filled with cornbread that was hidden under the macaroni and chicken. the baked beans were dry. the chicken was okay but not nearly enough sauce. the macaroni was stuck to the mediocre cornbread that again, was hidden in the container to make it look more full. the brisket was as tough as a leather sandal and also somehow whet? literally do not waste your money

I went to the Detroit rib fest this weekend a lot of food choices as I walked around deciding what I wanted after watching Carolina ribs stand serve long lines of people I decided to try but long lines don’t equate in to good food always but wowww these ribs didn’t disappoint excellent tender great sauce and good sides I don’t understand the low reviews they must not know good ribs and the lady that served me was so patient and kind I will continue to follow this traveling restaurant just to get some more of those ribs more ... read more

I went to talk to the staff and they are being really cold to me, compared to other guests, as a asian they treat me totally different that it's too obvious to make me uncomfortable. Food is fine but not a welcoming experience at all. Experience at Erie rib festival

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the service here made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff treated my Asian boyfriend noticeably differently compared to customers around us. The difference in attitude and service was obvious and disappointing. We understand everyone can have a bad day, but no customer should feel ignored or unwelcome because of their ethnicity. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves how customers are treated
