My family and I have used carolina resorts for several years without any problems until this year. They lost my payment and I provided proof the payment was recieved but to no avail. I was double charged and had no choice but to pay again as my family and I were due to arrive the following weekend. They did nothing to try to remedy the situation other than repeat they needed proof from my bank the payment had posted which I had provided several times. I think the staff is really good here as we have dealt with them several times. We would definitely rent another condo through them in the future. We will not rent their condo at Beach Cove, unit 1511 again though. The condo is a one bedroom, one bath which was perfect for the my husband and myself. While we have enjoyed the Beach Cove facility the condo is very very dated in need of a serious updating. If you have allergy issues avoid this unit as they have a serious mold issue in the bedroom with a big mold stain and mold ... read more
Kingston Plantation was a great place to stay this year. We had great views and the community was very private. Carolina Resorts helped us get this place and we would recommend them for yours too.
Our beach rental and the beach were amazing. Had a fun time and great experience with Carolina Resorts.
We loved our stay here in the spring. The weather was nice and the beaches were uncrowded. Our condo was nice although we spent most of our time outside and along the Grand Strand. Great experience.
We had one of the best beach vacations in a long time. We stayed at Beach Walk and loved the new look and feel. The service was friendly and we enjoyed renting from them
Our condo was large and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the resorts pool, fitness area, lazy river, and hot tub. The beach was stunning and the weather couldn't have been better.
Our summer vacation with Carolina Resorts was fun and relaxing. We booked our rental online and it was very easy and no stress involved. I would recommend them to others for a Myrtle Beach vacation.
North Myrtle Beach is very beautiful and we enjoyed it in a clean, spacious rental. I loved everything about our rental and the service Carolina Resorts provided. We never had any problems and really enjoyed our vacation.
