I contacted Carolina Repair Services after several poor experiences with a home warranty company and inadequate repairs. So much so that one technician even refused the job. Kenny was professional and courteous from the initial interaction. He was upfront and explained the issues (in layman's terms) and the cost breakdown for repairs.
