He gave me a price of $400 to repair my rotten bathroom floor. The job ended up being way more job than he expected. He was here from 9am till 7;30pm and only added an extra 80 dollars to the price. The bathroom looks great. He did a great job. I would recommend Carolina repair. Hard worker at a reasonable rate
