Nice room!
This unit (301) is in terrible condition. It is in need of a very deep cleaning. We paid almost $1,400 to stay here for the week. The only reason I gave it one star was for the location. The floors in the bathrooms are filthy. The dining area has seating that is filthy with stains all over the seats as shown in the pictures. What they call a closet in the second bedroom is storage for cleaning supplies and extra paint and a dirty mop. As shown in the pictures. Condo was clean-ish. Could have been better. It was very musty and damp inside. Tiny, tiny pool with only 10 or so lounge chairs. Just not a very nice place but the location was okay. Wouldn't rent there again.
If I were only reviewing the condo, 803, it would have been a 5, we really enjoyed it. We were told to contact the establishment 48 hours in advance, but emails went unanswered and the phone numbers provided were not affiliated with the condo. Luckily our condo owner reached out to us the day before we were to arrive. We would definitely stay there again, but only in that particular one as I’ve seen some bad reviews for other units.
