Horrible Company. Ask your physician to send your labs elsewhere. Poor quality and no customer service!!!
The worst place to have services done, when you receive a bill and need financial assistance the number on the bill is just for payments. I was been paddled back and forth from the hospital, from billing department they couldn’t find my account to call radiology, I called radiology was told call the hospital who then directs me to radiology. Been calling to do financial assistance for a month and no one can help me. Ridiculous
First if all, the 82 group does the procedures well. But for the billing company in Mobile AL is horrible. I have been on the phone for at least 25 hours in the last year. Nothing but problems. Payments going to the wrong accounts Talked to 2 different representatives and got 2 different stories. Run Forest run
