everyone so nice. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Dr Hooks took the time to talk and listen to me. Very sweet lady
First time visit and I was impressed. Staff was very friendly. Didn’t wait long before being called back. Was examined, diagnosed and left. Was told if anything showed up on lab work, they would call me. I definitely go back.
I was quite disappointed. I paid $100 co-pay just for the doctor to look at it. Say it looks like it might be a little infected put a Band-Aid on it and then prescribe antibiotics. No culture nothing. The front desk and the assistant need a friendlier disposition.
Best urgent care experience! Easy check in process and caring staff. The provider was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
Be very leary of this place. They will tell you your bill is one amount then charge you much much more. The service was poor. Go ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE.
