I called 11: 30 am this morning. They told me the doctor available, And we take workings, I asked them, can I make an appointment because I can't come. Now i'm working, The lady told me it's okay, I'm coming now to see a doctor 3:30 pm she have the nerve to tell me is a 5 hours waiting, which is acquittal. Make an appointment over the phone.
Dr. Grimm was very helpful and nice. Great at explaining and diagnosing the issues. Highly recommend.
First of all these are the best nursing staff I have dealt with in a while. They very attentive to what my needs were and even though I was hurting they made me laugh. That was the first I visited this urgent care and I will definitely come back.
