It was quick and easy
Best place ever! Dr. Grimm is the absolute best. This place was clean and comfortable. I use to go to nextcare but after today's visit with Dr. Grimm I will not be returning to nextcare! All the staff were super polite and I got a goody bag on my way out. Definitely recommended to all the people I know and I will be coming back. Thank you all!
I went to this emergency care and it was one of the worst experiences. I had booked a online appointment for 3:30. I waited 2 hours just to be taken into a room and wait another 1 hour before I was even seen!
From the time I walked in the door until I walked out, I felt I was in good hands! From the receptionist, to the lady who took my vitals, to the NA who gathered info on me, to Ms Rachel I felt cared for. A very professional and caring group of ladies!Too bad I cannot make this place my Primary Care. Will definitely go back, hopefully not anytime soon!
