I called this morning to see if there was a way to verify an insurance policy before heading that way (father in law misplaced his insurance card) the lady that answered the phone sounded aggressive and annoyed at my simple question. Based on how she handles this phone call, I can't imagine this facility is functioning much better.
This was my first visit today. The staff is smiling and friendly. They are also caring and thorough. My dr was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. prescriptions was sent in quickly so I could go back home quickly.
Amazing facility. Well equipped. Warm and welcoming staff. Quick, efficient, and professional care.
A little pricey, but what urgent care is not. Excellent staff very attentive and listen to my concerns. Address the issue promptly. Excellent doctors.
In and out faster than the burgaw hospital. the staff is amazing and professional people who actually take you serious.
