Accepted my insurance and like a 5 min. wait time what more can I say…. The receptionist was cordial. The medical assistants were pleasant and friendly. The PA listened to what I had to say about my ailments did some testing and gave me a diagnosis with prescriptions all in less time than the ER would have taken just to get me into an exam room. The facility was clean (I don’t mean tidy but clean) I know the place is new to Burgaw but I was impressed.I will certainly revisit this office the next time my ailments get the best... read more
The lady at the front desk was amazing. The assistant I got a cold feel from him. He wasn't friendly and in my opinion shouldn't work with small children. As he was doing the eye assessment for my 5 year old he kept repeating how she was say "star". My daughter is currently in speech and as a mom I don't appreciate that. I didn't want to leave this review because the doctor/pa and front desk were amazing.
Best urgent care around. They listen to you and understand your needs when you walk through the door.
You will be waiting not just the lobby but in an exam room for hours with no one checking in to let ya know you haven't been forgotten.
If I could give less than one star I would. QUIK Care without my consent, withdrew, drafted $38.18 from my checking account. Whenever I come in for service I always pay the $50 that I was told I had to pay per visit. On 8/24 I was prepared to pay my home insurance and car insurance. The bill was almost one thousand. So before going to pay I double checked my account to make sure there was enough funds in acct. when i opened my account there was a pending charge for Quikcare for $38.18 dated 8/24/26.
