Terrible service I would not recommend this to a dog. They let a 70 year old lady stay in a house with no heat and then they want to charge $1500 to come out and fix it when there was no kind of warning that the guarantee was gonna run out on the heating unit. They did not let her know until after it had ran out I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone Justin the server who came out is terrible and I will be calling my attorney as soon as possible
Let's start with the Customer Service. Five star all the way. Mike takes you along with him explaining what he's doing and why. The quote process was very educational. The team that came out to install our equipment was very professional, and clean. My house has never been more comfortable. Not only are we cool, but we feel the difference in the humidity. I only trust the Carolina Heat And Air Ike Green and Mike Green JR, are trustworthy and offer superior service. I have had others say my unit was shot, and Mike showed me a way of making the unit last longer. I have bought two complete units from Carolina Quality.
