My husband had a scheduled appointment at 8:00am to be seen by the pulmonologist and this is a serious appointment. Drove 40 minutes to get there and he was 2 min late. The receptionist had him wait for 2 hours stating that they’re going to have to squeeze him in just to find out that he would not going to be seen stating that the doctor is just that busy to be 2 min late for an appointment this is absurd and these people do not care - don’t go there

I can’t thank Dr. Marshall enough for being so professional, caring and treating his patients like they should be treated when dealing with health issues. I can only imagine what my life would be like if he didn’t make accurate diagnosis on my first visit last year. What a difference a doctor makes.

I've always had a good experience here. The staff, nurses and the doctor I see, Dr. Marshall, are all very professional and kind. I've never had a long wait time, either. Highly recommend!

The staff was very courteous and the Dr. was very nice and explained everything so that I could understand it.

I waited months for an appointment and missed time off work just to be turned away for being 5 minutes late. The office staff didn’t think to run this by the physician I was supposed to see. Instead they just turned me away. If anything it seemed to just be an excuse to get one more visit off of their panel for the day. They don’t care why you’re being seen or how not being seen might negatively affect your health. Do better!
