Does anyone work here? Do they want anyone to find them? Do their phones act as paperweights? I've tried for several months to get an appointment here. They do not pick up the phone. They do not answer voicemails. I keep having to renew my referrals because they expire before I can get in touch. I finally went the one day they are open. There is no sign on the exterior of the building for them. I had to find the right suite series, then enter a different practice, and walk through their reception and up a stairwell. I am looking forward to my sleep study as soon as someone can return my phone call. I will say the young lady working in Fayetteville that I met was very nice and professional. And the doctor I spoke to via internet seemed to be very professional and helpful. Unfortunately my biggest complaint is that I have been bombarded with spam calls today ever since I tried to book my sleep study to no avail. I haven’t had an issue with spam for months and suddenly since leaving a vm requesting a sleep study I have had 4 spam calls….. ... read more
