Would of been nice to let your patients know you retired before they drove 1.30 ...reading a note on the door was a shock
So my father had an appointment they cancelled it and have been trying to reschedule finally today after several calls in the past they tell me the doctor retired so why do you still have an answering service.. seriously so unprofessional.
They've canceled all appointments with no explanation. Aciuple of weeks ago my husband went for an appointment they scheduled and confirmed. They even sent him paperwork to fill out. They had no record of his appointment.
