Haven’t even seen them yet. Took my study in January and they didn’t call me till February. No availability to see me till May so I said I would wait. Calls me and cancels and then cancels now can’t see me till July. So I’m canceling all work with them. Sorry but I’ve been waiting 3 months for a machine and monitoring and now have to way another 4 months. Not doing it.
Avoid this place and Dr. Ghent if you are a veteran. From the first appointment, "why are you here and not at the VA?". Staff is very unpleasant, combined with a doctor who never treated me like a real patient, and scheduling games of 3 months out for a follow up, as far away as possible, at an empty clinic. First time I've heard a doctor tell me "I don't know these people, I don't accept this" after handing him medical records from past doctors. I was trying to take the reviews with a grain of salt but I can confirm it may be worth finding another office in the area. Front desk staff was nice enough for me. However I was told to get there at 7:30am for an 8am apt. When I got there the doors were locked and I waited outside for 15 min. I saw Dr.Ghent who also on his own doesn't have the best reviews. I was a patient at this office beginning in September 2021. In May 2023, I called to make an appointment for a follow-up. The staff member I spoke to said that they could get me in . . . in January 2024. I was a bit shocked. I made sure they knew I was an established patient, that I have severe asthma. Nope. Can't see me until January 2024. There are plenty of doctors I can coast on (e.g., skin is okay for now, so that dermatology appointment can wait), but the one that handles breathing, which seems pretty important, doesn'... read more
