I went in to Carolina Properties yesterday, and looked at one of there apartments. I like the apartment came back to the office and fill out the papers to apply for this apartment.Then i came home and got on the internet and went to this review website.. Reading these reviews makes me think that Dear Mr. John has to be a Dr. Jekyll, Mr. Hyde character concedering that i had once myself approached him for a place to habitate and although he didnt turn me down he really wasnt proffesional I inquired about an apartment in a decent, less violent area knowing that he managed apartments of this kind. John is very good about getting things fixed in your apartment. He will work with you in your situations. Helped me get an apartment quickly and was helpful throughout the whole process. I do recommend Carolina Properties in Greenville, NC.
Carolina Properties has been an awesome management company for me. I have lived in Stanton Pointe for a year now and they have great prices and John is always quick to get things fixed. Highly Recommended
