I am actually extremely disappointed with my experience with the company. I purchased a groupon for them. After receiving the voucher, I immediately called to schedule. I was unable to get a hold of them via phone. They offered to schedule via email, however as everyone knows email are too hard to schedule through and communications may be misconstrued. Very happy. They were knowledgeable about the cleaning process. I have a wool carpet so it was nice for them to explain how they would clean it as opposed to a regular carpet. I'll use them again.
I had my hardwood floors cleaned this week. They did a good job! They left a good shine and it isn't sticky like when I tried to do it myself.

Excellent work! From the third floor to the bottom floor, the carpets were clean & fresh! Excellent drying time (in the summer, with A/C fully on, about 4 hours). I love that the equipment is relatively new, too. Be sure to buy the spot cleaner because Murphy's law and children will ensure a spot to clean after the professionals have left. That spot cleaner is so good that you'll see for yourself how much the cleaning solution that they use really works!!
Phil came this morning and cleaned my sofa and the whole process was very professional. They placed corner guards from the front door all the way to the sofa to make sure nothing was scuffed or scratched. Phil was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Carolina Pristine for all of your cleaning needs.
